We, at San Ildefonso Learning Center believe that every child is unique, curios and inquisitive. Children love to explore and observe things around them as they learn at their own pace.
The schoold provides a safe and nurturing environment to promote the childs physical, social, emotional and cognitive development. It offers child-centered program that recognizes the uniqeness of each child learning activities.
The teachers provide a rich and challenging variety of learning experiences and guide children children through their exploration. They are the facilitators who aid in developing children's potential to the fullest. They are friends , models, councelors caretakers or to the likes of children.

Mission statement:
San Ildefonso Learning Center’s mission is to develop every child’s capacity for learning and growth, to prepare every child intellectually, emotionally, and socially so they’re equipped to face the challenges of future years.
Furthermore, SILC hopes to bequeath to every child the gift of laughter, the gift of friendship, as well the core values of kindness, respect, honesty, and compassion as they learn with us, grow with us, and ultimately achieve their life goals and realize their dreams through our guidance.

Our History
Founded in 1999, San Ildefonso Learning Center or SILC is owned and operated by Engr. Manuel F. Jose (School Administrator Bar Principal) and his wife Soccoro Jose (School Directress).

The school first offered Pre-Elementary education in 1999. With a strong emphasis on providing quality education along with a distinct understanding of every child’s need for a safe and nurturing environment, San Ildefonso Learning Center decided to expand and offered Grade 1 classes in 2003.
​
The succeeding years proved SILC to be a reputable institution as its determination to grow and most importantly, the trust bestowed by parents and colleagues, motivated the school to add a grade level every year since 2003.
​
Through the years, SILC has established a commendable name as a school focused on recognizing the uniqueness of every child and working tirelessly to cater to their needs, both inside and outside the classroom walls. The school is proud to work with friendly and talented teachers who endeavor to provide their students a fun and interactive learning experience.

San Ildefonso Learning Center ensures to abide by the Department of Education school’s rules and regulations, improving them as we go along, to foster an unwavering trust and build a lasting and respectful relationship between the school and its students.
